[Imad Fares] June 2023: Destiny – Fearfully & Wonderfully Made

The Bible says we are fearfully & wonderfully made; that God knit us together in our mother’s womb; in the image of God, he created us. 

When you meet someone, you are looking at the image of God, and those special qualities, gifts, talents, and abilities he gave to that person, all for one purpose, to glorify Him. 

Imad’s kindness, generosity and humility are all readily evident, as is the gift with which God blessed him, passion for music and the ability to create and play that music so beautifully. So strong was Imad’s passion that he knew his destiny was to be a musician. He has made the most of the gift which God gave him. But no path in life is easy and that of a musician has its own challenges and obstacles, not the least of which is that the industry at times, values connections over talent. When talent does not matter in the world of a musician it can steal one’s motivation.

The good news is that in this age of information and social media, the fans can play a pivotal role in the success of the musician whose gift has touched their lives. The easiest non-monetary way to support a musician is by clicking Like, commenting, even if it’s just an emoji, sharing, and subscribing. All these are a good start, but there is so much more.

This blog is dedicated to impacting Imad’s career such that he can realize his hopes. It is my hope that you would join me in the effort. The payoff is the joy of giving, the satisfaction of seeing someone shine, the pleasure of blessing the life of another, and of course, the beautiful music. In future issues I look forward to sharing my ideas and hearing yours.

May this effort be a blessing to Imad and to those who participate. May the love of Jesus be what guides. May God be honored and make his presence known.
